Welcome to beautiful Quinta Vale dos Amarelos for an unforgettable equestrain vacation. We can accept small groups of 1-4 persons for 2- to 4-day vacations. We offer a one hour lesson morning and afternoon with Ricardo Reis on horses highly trained by him. Inbetween lessons you are welcome to watch him and his students training their horses on all different levels from the cozy and comfortable club room above the arena.

The Quinta is situated in the charming little mountain town of Gradil, 30 km from Lisbon and only 15 km from the historical city of Mafra with its beautiful combined royal summar palace and monestary and the coast with its endless sandy beaches and the world’s best surfing waters. You stay in the lovely small hotel in Gradil. For meals there are several small restaurants in town that serve excellent typical Portuguese food at very reasonable prices. This is a vacation that has it all – dressage lessons on a top international level combined with experiencing authentic genuine Portugal and the warm hospitality of its people at its very best. Riders should be proficient in work in walk, trot and gallop.
